I consume a lot of sources of protein and having worked in the fitness and nutrition field, powdered whey protein is a must between meals. There is NO reason why whey protein is so expensive.
The taste is great, but more importantly, the ingredients. The list isn’t crazy long like most protein powders that are cheapish. I have done research and this protein powder is actually not dangerous, so you don’t have to worry about that. There is low calories, but high protein with high serving. Finally, a lot of the ingredients are actually natural, so that’s a bonus.

After trying a couple of other brands I went for MMX owing to its great reputation and to be honest MMX didn’t disappoint me.
I was initially using isolates. Myprotein was the one I consumed most, but they used to cause bloating and sometimes uneasiness in the stomach. Moreover the isolates were not so thick in consistency and were watery types. Also the amino profile wasn’t great or rather missing in some like MusclePharm .
But the MMX Whey Protein is so smooth, thick and tasty. It gives a feeling of fullness and I don’t feel hungry for like 2 hours after consuming it. It has a great amino profile so no need for additional BCAA.
This protein powder has great flavor and with 27 grams of protein, it’s a great way to supplement my diet.
